Through a programme of intense investment, Skykon Towers Ltd. has built up one of the most modern, productive and versatile tower factories in the wind turbine industry. Our skilled production and quality assurance staff keep their fingers on the pulse at all times, and they contribute actively to the field by working closely with customers and technology suppliers with a view to developing new processes and optimising existing ones.

Our production department is distinguished by a high level of automation and by the peerless skill and experience of the people who operate the machines. Likewise, we operate a flat organisation, which helps to ensure the greatest possible flexibility and a finely developed sense of responsibility among individual employees.

Spotlight on quality

Quality is always in the spotlight at Skykon Towers Ltd. For example, we have implemented key management tools such as Six Sigma and Lean in our production department, and we work with an advanced ERP system that further assures flexible and efficient operation. Moreover, the ERP system allows Welcon Towers Ltd. to present all the required KPIs quickly and accurately.

Not only does Skykon Towers Ltd. make strategic use of ERP and quality improvement tools, but the company is also quality certified in accordance with the following European standards: DIN, ISO, DS and Eurocode.
